Olymptrade withdrawal time depends on two different events: the platform processing your request and your bank or payment provider crediting the money. Public help pages give different estimates, so one universal “instant withdrawal” promise would be misleading.
This guide compares those descriptions, explains verification holds and shows what evidence to request when a withdrawal is pending or marked completed without a matching credit. Official information was checked on 24 October 2026; provider statistics have not been independently audited by us.
What the official withdrawal timeframes actually describe
| Source | Published description | How to interpret it |
|---|---|---|
| General help-centre timing page | Lists 84% processed within one hour, 93% within four hours, 97% within 24 hours and 99% within four days; describes up to three business days for receipt after processing. | Provider-reported statistics and a separate receiving stage, not a guarantee for an individual request. |
| Withdrawal FAQ dated 13 July 2026 | Aims to process within 24 hours, with some cases taking up to five working days. After processing, describes immediate e-wallet receipt and up to five working days for bank/card receipt. | Method-specific guidance differs from the general page’s receipt wording. |
| IMPS India help page | States 90% within 24 hours, potentially up to five business days; directs users to Billing Support if longer. | A method-specific statement; not a timetable for every wallet, card or bank route. |
These sources do not establish one combined average. Nor does a percentage such as 97% tell us the number of requests measured, observation period or exclusions. Do not apply it as a verified probability for your own payment.
If pages disagree, preserve both and ask support which current rule applies to the method and entity serving your account. A dated FAQ is useful evidence, but its date alone does not prove that every differently worded help page has been formally superseded.
How to request and record an Olymptrade withdrawal
- Enter the authentic account through your usual trusted route and open its withdrawal section.
- Select an available payment method, checking the destination and account currency.
- Read the method-specific minimum, maximum, any charges and notices before submitting.
- Send the request and save its ID, amount, timestamp and status.
- Watch for verification messages and record subsequent status changes without creating duplicate requests.
The general FAQ advertises withdrawal from US$10 or equivalent, with method-specific minimums possible. It also describes one withdrawal request at a time. Check the account’s actual options instead of assuming a deposit minimum, headline amount and withdrawal minimum are identical.
For costs, keep the gross requested sum, expected deduction and expected receiving amount in separate fields. This article does not infer “zero total cost” from a fast-processing claim. A bank or currency-conversion cost needs its own evidence.

Working days versus calendar days
The delayed-withdrawal FAQ excludes Saturday and Sunday from working days. In a simple example with no holidays, the five weekdays after a Friday request are Monday through Friday. That is a counting illustration, not a contractual interpretation of when the provider begins its clock.
Ask whether the clock starts at submission, completion of documents or release, and whether a cut-off applies. Save the account timezone beside your local time. A bank holiday can also affect the receiving institution even when the trading interface remains accessible.
A request created on a weekend can therefore appear several calendar days old while fewer working days have elapsed. The correct comparison uses the applicable event and calendar, rather than a stopwatch measured from a screenshot.
Withdrawal on hold for verification
The mandatory-verification FAQ says a check may be requested after a withdrawal is initiated and that the request remains on hold until verification finishes. It lists identity proof and a 3D selfie, with address or payment proof in some cases, and tells users to upload only the documents requested.
That FAQ describes one to five working days for verification after all requested documents are submitted, followed by one to five working days for withdrawal processing after verification. These are separate stages, not evidence that the original request automatically finishes within the first five-day period.
Keep the initial document request, upload confirmation and final decision. If a document is rejected, ask for the specific defect and accepted replacement rather than repeatedly uploading the same file. Use the authenticated verification channel; do not send identity documents to an unsolicited social-media account.
Completed withdrawal but no money: trace the payment
Olymptrade’s withdrawal FAQ says that for a completed bank-card withdrawal not received after three working days, an ARN can be requested through its chatbot. An Acquirer Reference Number can help the bank locate an eligible card payment. It is not interchangeable with an internal trading request ID.
The separate delayed-withdrawal FAQ recommends a status check if processing exceeds five working days and further assistance if a completed withdrawal has not arrived after five working days. Preserve the three-day ARN guidance and the five-day escalation guidance as different instructions, rather than choosing one and hiding the other.
Ask for the reference appropriate to the actual payment network. A bank transfer, card credit and cryptocurrency transfer can require different tracing information. A card ARN will not trace every kind of payout.
Example: two references, different purposes
Suppose your account shows request OT-Example-123 as completed, while the receiving bank sees no credit. That fictional ID may let platform support retrieve your case but may be unusable in the bank’s payment search. Request release evidence and the network reference, then provide it through the bank’s secure support process.
Do not publish the full reference alongside account numbers and identity details. Retain an unredacted private copy for the appropriate institutions and use redacted records in public complaints.
A troubleshooting checklist by status
| Observed situation | Evidence to request or preserve |
|---|---|
| Request still processing | Current stage, elapsed working days and unresolved task. |
| Verification hold | Requested documents, complete-submission date and review decision. |
| Completed without receipt | Release time, destination confirmation and network trace reference. |
| Cancelled or rejected | Recorded reason, balance reversal and approved correction procedure. |
| Lower amount credited | Gross amount, deductions, conversion and receiving-currency statement. |
| Destination no longer usable | Support’s documented procedure before changing payment details. |
These checks narrow the investigation; they do not diagnose a particular user’s delay. Avoid repeatedly cancelling a request to chase a faster estimate. The FAQ says cancellation availability depends on its status and whether provider processing has begun.
A clear message for Billing Support
Please check withdrawal [ID], submitted [date/time/timezone] for [amount/currency] by [method]. Its current status is [status], and [number] working days have elapsed since [event]. Verification was [not requested/completed on date/still pending]. Please identify the applicable processing rule and remaining requirement. If the payment has been released, please provide its release date and an appropriate payment trace reference. Please also explain any difference between the account estimate and the linked help guidance.
Attach only relevant records through the official channel. Keep a chronology of ticket numbers and replies. Additional deposits, extra trades or paying an unverified “release agent” do not establish that a missing payment will arrive.
Frequently asked questions
Are Olymptrade withdrawals instant?
Some public guidance describes fast processing or immediate e-wallet receipt after release. That does not make every request instant, particularly where verification, bank processing or exceptions apply.
Does completed mean the bank has credited my account?
Not necessarily. Match platform completion against the actual receiving statement and ask for release evidence if the credit is missing.
Does the five-working-day estimate include verification?
The verification FAQ describes its own document-review stage and subsequent withdrawal processing. Ask which stage is active before calculating elapsed time.
Should I make a new request while one is pending?
The general FAQ describes one request at a time. Resolve the existing transaction or follow the documented cancellation procedure before assuming another submission is possible.
