A trading bonus is not automatically withdrawable cash. Before accepting a promotion, identify what the credit represents, how qualifying turnover is counted and what cancellation or withdrawal does to your deposit, bonus and associated profits. The terms attached to the actual offer matter more than a generic promotional percentage.
Research checked 23 October 2026. Multipliers and balances below are invented examples, not current offers. Account-specific campaign terms require separate verification.
Deposit, bonus credit and profit are different balances
A platform may display deposited cash, promotional credit, realised trading results and reward units in related screens. Do not assume the combined number is a single unconditional cash claim. Read each balance definition and the promotion’s separate rules.
Binomo’s Client Agreement distinguishes bonus funds from its financial obligations and separately defines reward units and demo funds. That supports the distinction between displayed categories; it does not determine every campaign’s withdrawal or cancellation outcome.
For an invented example, a 200-unit deposit plus a 100-unit credit may display 300 units for a stated purpose. That display alone does not establish that 300 is withdrawable or that all later profits are treated identically.
100 units
10 × bonus
1,000 eligible units
Hypothetical arithmetic only; eligibility, contribution and withdrawal terms depend on the actual offer. This is not a recommendation to trade toward a target.
What is a bonus turnover requirement?
A turnover requirement measures qualifying activity under the offer’s definition. It is different from net profit, a deposit requirement or a tax-reporting measure. Identify the base amount, multiplier and counting rule before calculating progress.
If a hypothetical 100-unit bonus requires 30 times the bonus in fully counted stakes, the target is 3,000 units of qualifying turnover. If another offer uses deposit plus bonus, the same multiplier on 200 + 100 gives 9,000 units. Confusing the bases triples the calculation in this example.
| Illustrative term | Base | Multiplier | Required turnover |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bonus-only basis | 100 | 30 | 3,000 |
| Deposit-plus-bonus basis | 300 | 30 | 9,000 |
Neither row means the account must earn that amount of profit. Nor does it mean that amount is newly deposited. It describes cumulative counted activity under the chosen assumptions.
Pocket Option’s official turnover explainer directs readers to the specific bonus terms rather than assuming a standard multiple. Use that as a source of the provider’s explanation, while retaining the actual terms accepted on your account.
Not every trade may count fully
Check eligible instruments, account modes, outcomes and trade types. A campaign might exclude certain activity or apply partial contribution. The existence of a trade in account history does not automatically prove that it qualifies for bonus progress.
Suppose an invented rule counts eligible stakes at 50%. Two hundred units placed in those eligible contracts would add 100 units of counted turnover. This is contribution accounting, not a recommendation to place more trades.
| Term to preserve | Question to resolve |
|---|---|
| Base and multiplier | Bonus alone, deposit plus bonus or another amount? |
| Contribution | Do eligible stakes count fully or partly? |
| Exclusions | Which products, copied trades or other activities do not qualify? |
| Outcome treatment | Do refunds, cancellations or early closures count? |
| Time window | When does counting start and end, in which timezone? |
| Limits | Are there maximum stake or other campaign restrictions? |
If a rule is missing, mark it unresolved. Do not infer the interpretation most favourable to withdrawal. Obtain a written explanation identifying the relevant clause before relying on it.
Cancellation and withdrawal can have different effects
Find out whether cancellation removes only unused bonus credit, also removes associated profit or changes another balance. Ask how the provider attributes profit to cash and promotional funds. That allocation method can matter as much as the headline multiple.
Pocket Option’s official bonus-rules article describes cancellation of an active deposit bonus when a withdrawal is requested and refers to offer-specific thresholds. Do not generalize that description into a promise about all deposits, all profits or another provider’s campaigns.
Before confirming an irreversible account action, review any preview of the resulting balances and preserve the stated effect. A support statement should identify the applicable campaign; a generic answer may describe a different promotion.
Turnover progress is not a guarantee of completion
Under the first hypothetical example, 750 units of fully qualifying activity against a 3,000-unit requirement is 25% progress. It does not imply a 25% probability of eventual completion or that deposited cash will survive the remaining activity.
Likewise, dividing required turnover by a chosen stake can show an assumed activity count, but it cannot establish that every proposed contract will remain eligible, accepted or affordable. Rounding and changing conditions can alter progress.
Do not treat a progress bar as an income forecast. It measures a contractual requirement under the displayed accounting, not an investment return.
Why turnover requirements create additional exposure
Repeated stakes expose funds repeatedly to the product’s payoff. A bonus does not establish that the prediction method has positive expected value. An attractive initial credit can coexist with a demanding activity obligation and restrictions on withdrawal.
For an abstract illustration only, a model with a −0.10 expected result per unit staked would imply −100 units of expected result across 1,000 units of activity if those conditional assumptions applied throughout. Actual results can differ, and limited capital may prevent that amount of activity. This is not an estimate for a specific promotion.
Increasing stake to finish turnover faster increases money exposed per contract. It does not improve the underlying payoff or settle an unclear term. An unresolved withdrawal condition should prompt clarification, not compulsory extra trading.
Keep the offer and the ledger that actually applied
- Save the campaign: full terms, source URL, offer ID and dates.
- Preserve acceptance: activation time and any confirmation screen.
- Separate balances: deposit, credit, realised result and withdrawable amount.
- Track eligibility: contract IDs, stakes and counted contribution.
- Retain adjustments: cancellations, expired credit and revised progress.
- Keep support replies: ticket references and clause-specific explanations.
A public article checked today may not reproduce the version accepted earlier. Preserve both dates. If you cannot obtain the original terms, state that limitation rather than presenting current text as historical evidence.
If a withdrawal is restricted
Ask which exact requirement remains, the base and multiplier applied, counted activity to date, excluded entries and the effect of cancellation on each balance category. A clear reconciliation is more useful than an unlabelled screenshot of a large total.
Use the provider’s verified official channel. Do not send passwords or authentication codes to someone promising to unlock a bonus. Keep identity or payment records within the necessary official process and redact copies intended for public discussion.
Frequently asked questions
Is bonus turnover the same as profit?
No. It is qualifying activity under the promotion’s definition; profit measures financial results.
Can I withdraw every displayed bonus immediately?
Do not assume so. The balance definition and specific campaign terms determine the conditions.
Does cancelling a bonus preserve every other balance?
That must be verified for the actual promotion. Ask for the effect on deposited funds, credit and attributed profits separately.
Sources and further learning
Official provider sources support only their attributed explanations, not independently tested withdrawal performance. Examples and checklist are editorial analysis. See our payments hub, Pocket Option withdrawal guide, safety checks and methodology.
Risk: Fixed-outcome contracts can lose the full stake. A promotion does not guarantee profit, withdrawal eligibility or protection of deposited funds.
